heyyy guys thx . I'm 38 yrs from rainy Vancouver and been training for about 15 yrs.
Someone had told me about this forum last yr and to be honest I haven't been on a forum before but I like to learn stuff and get advice where I can.
I got an injury in my back last Feb and it really set me back but this yr I have set some new goals and I can use all the help I can get
