Thanks a lot, I feel very welcomed already. I’m from the Toronto area, early 30’s and been training for about 9 years. I’m just soaking up as much information as possible from everyone here, you all are so very knowledgeable and can’t wait to learn some more from every contributing member on Canadian brawn
