thank you everyone! glad to be a part of such a welcoming & helpful community:)

a bit about me.. canadian, 25 year old male, pretty inexperienced when it comes to 'supplements' and health related stuff.

Used to be in much better shape but due to recent surgeries have lost that and looking to gain some back currently at 170 lbs @ 6' (lol) would like to hit 190ish, I was 185 before surgeries.
