So this Vibe Machine I have,there are two cords with handles
Got on, started curling the handles,not much give.
So extended my arms out some.
Full thoracic extension
Full vac
Reaching as high as I could
Then the Bas Rutten O2 30 rep training routine
I believe my tempo was much quicker than his.
Then locking fingers seated
Full vac
Slowly raise the arms breathing deeply full vac
Till you reach the sky

I am definitely liking the muscle response in my entire abdomen and back
Even my anterior scalenes got worked good.
Have only read maybe two dozen pages of Mikeev
 
Decided to add this because isometrics can work quite well for strength
Old BullWorker
Kneeling arms extended
One end is cradled against your knees
You grip the other end,press down,hard as you can.
I can feel all along the edges of my lats
Used to love this thing almost 50 years ago.
 
Pecs
Along the edges and up the middle
I need a bigger version of a BullWorker
 
There is one more item that has been added since I got more serious with this Vibe.
Get the woman to use a towel and do manual manipulations.Side to side,back to front,and some forward twists.All this is very much noticed by the anterior scalenes.
 
Day after the manual neck work is standing tall on the Vibe ,head back as far as possible,anterior scalenes get a shake.
 
Warning
Do not get into a pressing position with your shoulders directly above the platform.
Genuine shake on the brain
Two good routines today.
First is the Vibe with the Bad Rutten O2 trainer
Reach for the sky
Vac
Noticed my upper abs are still sore
Breathing vacs deep 10 second inhalation
Inhale and exhale with the O2 trainer never leaving your mouth
10 reps
Breathing hard
Squat
Descending slowly and don't get proper depth till 45 seconds
Burning begins
15 seconds
Done
It all felt good
 
I might add that during that first movement the hams and adductors are engaged very firmly.
 
Decided the old springs needed a turn
Standing on a carpet
Reach for the sky and vac
As your arms descend you fill your lungs with full thoracic extension
Full vac of course
Almost didn't think about the vac part while doing this
10 reps
Mid back is humming and getting pumped
 
Abs are sore top to bottom.
Lats are humming in places they never have before
Today is Bull worker press downs for lats and tris
Deep breathing full vac with press down
15 seconds
Stretch,reach for the opposite foot.
It appears my right side lat got worked hard lower down in the lat.
 
Figured out the press on this Vibe
Your head must go past the unit by at least 6 inches.
South side your noggin gets a shaking
I would love to have a wide grip push up position
About 30 seconds
 
never heard of it before so i looked it up on YT. like to watch the ladies jiggle. looks like a good idea for prehab, rehab, improving symmetry and strengthening the smaller motor control muscles. bet it could be great for back injuries maybe lower joint injuries. looks like these machines dont really vibrate but osculate up and down on a left/right teeter. is there any that actually move on all axis'? maybe run a wacker neuson upside down and call it a pro model.
I just checked a few of the manufacturers names Makeev mentioned.
Most are large suspension setups
Appears the rehab market is targeted at the moderate to severely spine injured
One model is a bike with vibrations in the pedals,handlebars and woohoo
The seat.
 
Quick routine
Vibe with vac,thoracic extension
Anterior scalenes.
Reach back far enough that your cranium mass gives the scalenes a workout.
Left,right,back and forth
 
Middle scalenes feeling this as well.
Small problem has vanished during side to side movements
 
Standing Stretch Vac
Overhead with just a 1 lb db
Then hands in front outstretched
Pigeon pulls with the neck
Entire muscaluture of the neck and upper back.
With 1lb added a significant increase in difficulty
Could 1 lb be added consecutively?
 
Quick hamstring wakeup
Seated,single leg on the platform
Calves engaged,slight curling action applied
