Ended up ordering some. Amazing compound. For cutting it's "game changer" level, and I hate that term lol. Absolutely zero food noise in your head. You almost have to force yourself to eat so it's really easy to make sure the food you do eat is quality, high protein, etc. You lose all cravings for junk. It's weird.

Cutting has always been my biggest problem for two reasons. 1. I have a very active social life and I'm dining out a lot. There's very little routine in my life. 2. I have terrible self control with food.

Started May 6th and I'm now at the lowest BF I've been in my adult life at 48yrs old. My girlfriend is way down as well. I was worried I'd lose too much muscle but I made very sure to keep my protein high throughout and the muscle has stayed. I'm down to 205 from 228 and didn't even have to think about it other than keeping the protein high. I stayed at a very conservative 2.5mg/wk, split twice. I'd say most of the weight came off early, rather than a linear drop. This is probably why people with a lot to lose, increase their dose up to 10 or 12mg/wk+

I will be running this for a couple months before summer every year for sure.

What else were you running and how was yer training since May 6th? Asking cause wondering how much muscle you think you may have lost and what factors besides keeping protein up may have contributed to prevent such loss.

Not asking the source but was it an actual Pharma product?
