Cheemo pierogis (some flavours)

Ann's Mac n cheese with a few table spoons of cottage cheese and chicken, white fish or eggs.

Chicken Fajitas

White fish chowder just with a can of clams and juice and a bunch of tomato sauces n veggies. Add barley if you need to clear cholesterol or need some carbs.

Two scoops non isolate vanilla whey that tastes good with 1⅓ cup of frozen strawberries and water. You can do a chocolate malt version with no fruit, ice and a little milk. Add a spoonful of cottage cheese to each of these to make it creamy.
