no, to be honest, I haven't heard anything about it. Winnipeg in general is a little bit gangster. Always people claiming they are from glam gangs in the states. Bloods, Crypts M13 and so on. I'm doubtful any of these organizations have their eyes set on Winnipeg.

One reason for targeting WPG is geography. There is lurkers looking around WPG, recruiting, most definitely. Transport hub of Canada and distribution.
