Holy shit Jean-Yves Theriault my first hero in martial arts. Very strong defence, kept his hands up... chin tucked into his chest, shoulders up to protect his head. Very fast high kicks and very efficient fast short punches with power and he put these together in combinations. He did not back up a lot. ( awesome) I bought his book on fighting technique and practiced what he preached. Come back at 62 ... that will be something to see.
