A little background, I’ve been through the shit. Married a girl I really shouldn’t have and not going through a rough separation. She went from wife to total slut in no time. It’s been pretty unreal but things are on the up and up for me.

Update for tonight. Things are going really well. I’m thinking about competing at the end of the season the Montreal Summun show on sept 28. I’ve made well through the motions looks like my ex is stripping in the Vancouver area. Wonderful wife she sure is. Clearly never was wife material to begin with. She fooled me good. On a brighter note I’m seeing a really great woman, 26 yo french blonde girl that is such a breath of fresh air compared to the insanity I dealt with the ex.

I haven’t updated this in forever. I figured I would get back at it. I’m training away in my basement with a squat rack, power rack, couple barbells, ez bar, some weights and a few dumbells. This here is far cry compared the modified DC I was doing in the commercial gyms but it’s not too bad.

Hey all. Hope everyone’s enjoying the weather. Still basement training here and getting by. The DC inspired workout is below. In more important news, for those that didn’t see my other thread, I bought Myself a prohibition HOG. I just picked up a 2019 HD breakout 114ci. It’s my first HD, always been a sport bike and naked sport bike kind of guy but I’m getting old AF here. 39 is fast approaching. Below is my training, current shape then some pics of the new ride. We headed out just across the QC/ON border to a buddies place that has a little MX track on his lot and a couple ramps for the freestyle motocross guys.
