There seems to be an epidemic of mental health issues in the world - anxiety and depression. From a guy who has insomnia issues from time to time, I concur I feel so much better when I am in bed before 12 and up early. Never suffered from either disease but just an overall feeling and more energy reserves.
Just an observation but worth the read.
