SHREDZEPPELIN - First Cycle Log

Yeah right now I'm actually really enjoying rock climbing. I started going early in the cycle, so I developed those muscles pretty quickly! I'm progressing each time I go and it's super fucking addictive... So being a bit lighter is actually as benefit for me. I'm still just as strong, if not stronger than I was especially with bodyweight movements so I'm pretty damn happy with the "final" results.

I'm going to get bloods in a couple weeks, once the Nolva is fully out of my system. Then back on the test probably late summer, early fall. Thinking of doing another test only cycle. I feel like I could still gain a lot without adding another compound into the mix just for the sake of it. Test is best!
Eq is a nice compound I only use test and eq I bought some primo but gave it to my buddy didn’t even bother with it

What are your guys thoughts on mast for second cycle? Ready lots of good things regarding e2 side effects minimized, dry hard look, minimal sides. Thoughts?

Do eq bro I don’t know to much about mast but from my understanding it’s more of a competition drug probly not the best for building the physique you want.......tbol test eq is a good one bro nice gains from that one

Or if u don’t care about ur hair and take finasteride deca is a great option for bulking never tried npp but heard it’s awesome

I’ve had great experience with mast myself, one of my favourite cycles was 500 Test and 400 mast per week. Nothing crazy, but for myself I had no sides and no problems with estrogen. I loved how my physique looked, I felt great in the gym and like a porn star in the sac.

I made some decent lean gains, nothing crazy. It is just a nice accessory compound I find.

So yeah it depends what your goals are too. I would say EQ, mast, or an oral would be the next thing to add. Keep it simple.

Eq all the way primo is to expensive especially in your early cycles when your trying to build a big physique not just recomp

This is hilarious and you're dumb if you think one compound is strictly for 'recomping'. You're saying if you want to build a big physique not to use primo?

I think Arnold would disagree with you.

Update - 2.5 weeks after PCT

The last few weeks have definitely been the roughest. I'm finding I have less energy, I sleep way more (10 hours most nights and a 30 minute nap in the afternoon) and I'm noticing a slight decrease in strength and endurance. I've also noticed my mood has been more on the depressed side... Not super miserable or anything. I just feel less motivated to do anything. I found that throughout PCT I felt overall pretty good, but toward the tail end and after, is when it started to go downhill. It's not unexpected. I know that my test levels are probably pretty low and will take a bit of time to bounce back. I am getting bloodwork done next week to see where I'm at with my T and E. I'm also getting more little "injuries"... Or just soreness that doesn't recover quickly. Especially after rock climbing.

My acne is also pretty shitty. It's only on my face, not on my body really besides a couple small ones. But the face acne definitely sucks. I've tried the expensive topical route and it seems to be helping a little, but this is still the worst my skin has ever looked in my life. Worse than puberty. I also feel like I look a lot older. I need to cut out the tanning, because I don't think it's helping. I added minocycline about a week and a half ago, so hopefully that will help clear it up. Definitely frustrating to deal with though. Especially when you are feeling less than optimal.

Hopefully it's only up from here. I can't see any reason why things would get worse before getting better. Test levels should be slowly getting back to baseline. Will update again after I get the bloodwork results.

yeah update us on ur bloods but in all honestly, this sounds the norm. Try tapering down next time the depression may be even less. Acne is genetic u can't really do anything but try to take medications ect.

Yep... this is the shitty phase that takes some pushing through. Sounds pretty normal though overall.

Acne on the face is a bummer, I’m fortunate enough that it’s mostly on my back so it’s at least not obvious with clothes on. Just try to be extra vigorous with hygiene and be patient I would say.

Just do your best to stay consistent, easier said than done I know. Self motivation can be tough in this phase, don’t beat yourself up for missed training days, just do your best to get back at it the next day. Try to at least stay in maintenance mode until you feeling more yourself.

Blood work is in...

Test is low and E is high... What's the best move here? Just wait a little longer? Test was 16.7 before the cycle.

Well, after chatting with the Telus e-care doctor, she referred me to an endocrinologist... I didn't mention aas use at all.

Would there be any benefit in seeing an endocrinologist or would that just be a waste of both of our times since I know why my test/est levels are the way they are...

I would say up to you! The endocrinologist will probably catch on to what you’ve been doing pretty quickly if you’re not honest.

You could choose to be honest and see if they’ll help you balance things out now that you’re out of whack, I don’t have experience in if they are receptive to that or not.

You could also be a bit more patient and let things level out, or try to take things in your own hands and use an ai briefly to manage your estrogen. Whichever path you choose, best of luck and hopefully things even out soon for you.

Nah, avoid like the plague. There is no point. You know why your test is low. It's recovering.
