Protonmail help

So I fucked up. I use my protonmail on my phone, and it always lets me sign in with facial recognition. Welp yesterday it didn’t and is prompting me to sign in. No problem.... except the password I thought it was isn’t, can’t find where I wrote it down either. Help??

Are you just looking for ideas on where you could have written your password? Because if you don't know the original password then you can reset it but you will lose all your previous emails on your account.

cant you put in your addy then press forgot password and it will send to you other email address?
