Could someone please tell me what the conversion rate is for prolactin from ng/ml to mIU/L. I have looked online I promise you and Ive gotten everything from divisors or multipliers of 44, 21.2 and like .0327 or something. Ugh. I just really need to know for sure.
I think the ng/ml is a US way to measure it?
