Thought I'd do a cycle/training log.
I'll still have to train at home for the foreseeable future and starting a powerlifting routine next week. I'll post that here on Monday.
Currently in week 4 of a cycle
I'm taking:
750mg test e weekly (split 1.5ml bi weekly)
600mg EQ (split 1ml bi weekly)
75mg tren ace eod
300mg deca (0. 5m bi weekly)
GH 4 iu weekdays. (2iu morning, 2iu after workout)
Insulin sometimes between 5-10 iu. Mostly pre and post workout.
Weight was 113.9kg this morning. 1.86
Bodyfat between 10 and 13%? Was just over 13% last time I checked but that was at 115
Goal: Get stronger and getting my legs up. I don't want to add any weight, I'm happy staying at between 110-115.
Hopefully this will hold me accountable for actually training and doing shots and actually sticking to a diet. Nutrition last 7 weeks has been shitty at best. It's been clean again since Monday, planning a cheat day on Saturday.
I'll have the missus take proper "before" pics on Monday morning
