-meat ,eggs and veggies mostly (chicken,bacon,hamburger,pork sometime, salads with garlic dressing, broccolli and cheese sauce, lots of eggs)
-bag of sour cream and onion chips from time to time
Gear Weekly
-250mg test e
-sometimes a couple shots of prop 100mg
-arimedex every other day
-cialis every other day, daily sex(mostly) calms the nerves

Workout (primarily posterior muscle work out, with thighs and core)
-sumo deadlifts (when I walk through weight room to the garage)
-sometime conventional deadlifts
-sometimes cambered bar squats
-thinking of adding in pin presses

Cardio
-daily work around house
-train on the bag

Was a good day lifting, my legs are maintaining there size my traps are growing like hell and my core feels good and strong.
I need to work on my cardio and stretching though. They suck
my meals were good, lots of pork stew, sugar free rockstar energy drinks (love those things drank 6 today), 8 big scoops of natural peanut butter and not sure what supper will be. My wife make hell of a hamburger, cheese and veggie pizza ... prob have couple pieces of that.

Damn started this log and never continued updating it cause my training was sporadic. Going to try and keep a consistent log going forward. The gear weekly has not changed. Cardio was minimal but I had kept up with my daily lifting.

So today will be

push
8 sets of pin presses 6 inches off chest - 5-6 135lbs ... very week at this right now
pulls
4 sets - conventional -225 - 315 set of 2-3
3 sets - sumo - 315 - 365 set of 2

thats it. Trying to keep diet clean. So today morning 8 eggs, 4 tables spoons natural peanut butter , 1 swig of virg olive oil. bunch vitamin C's 1000mg, 4 or more of multi vitamins Afternoon another 6 eggs, 2 pieces of pizza, some brocolli... Night chicken thighs and mushrooms

So update to Dec 12, what I actually did

only did pulls as work around the house took priority, Happy wife happy life
pulls:
2 sets 5 reps conventional 225lbs
2 sets 3 reps 1 conventional 1 sumo 295lbs
2 sets 2 reps 1 conventional 1 sumo 345lbs
2 sets 2 reps 1 conventional 1 sumo 365lbs

I found the sumo's felt better on the lower back, with conventional I felt more strain on the spine lower back. The sumo's came up just as easy as the conventional... Will do some lower weight conventional from now on but for heavier weight will do sumo's

Diet for day was 8 eggs morn, some natural peanut butter; afternoon 2 pieces of home made pizza ... 6 sugar free rockstar energy drinks lol ... evening 4 chicken thighs. Thats it.

Tomorrow there wil be some pushes. And some curls and tricep work if my friend returns my ez curl bar.

Also did 2 sessions on my chinese split machine. Getting out quite far. Train hard stay strong.

What can I say, was having a sluggish day. Use to be 6 extra large tim's ... that bugs the shit out of my stomach now. I lifted at 8 pm so I slept like a log :D. Couldn't even role over and rub the old lady LOL.
 
Planned for today ... Push and arm day (did I actually say arm day) ... to sore in the lower body and back today to pull.

8 sets of pin presses 6 inches off chest, start at 135 and see where that takes me

3-4 sets of ez curl bar curls... don't know the weight to use ..been a while, will find out today

Prob some sugar free rockstar ... love that stuff.

Well I kept the pin pressing to only 6 sets of 5 reps cause I have not pressed for a while
Did 4 sets of 10 with ezcurl bar with 70 lbs... arm strength will go up quick

morn: 8 eggs and peanut butter
supper: tons of shrimp in butter, brocolli and cheese

only 3 rockstars today

Tomorrow a pull day

Use to use pin presses at different levels off the chest to work on sticking points when I was power lifting. My lockout was good so I normally did pin presses close to the chest half way up. I would normally work up to a heavy 2 set of 2 and occasionally a max.

Decided to take a day off ...my legs were sore as hell especially my thighs. My biceps and triceps were also sore, pecs were ok. Have to know when not to train.

Food

8 eggs, lots of natural peanut butter, and home made hamburger veggy pizza for supper.

Measures
Blood sugar = 6.2nmol/L... that's ok but would like to see it at mid 4 to mid 5 level
BP and HR - need to get new machine the one I have now is wonky

Tomorrow will be a pull day, might take a max if I feel good.

Did 8 sets of sumo pulls 3 reps with 295, added 4 10 lb chains in the center of the bar each set from 5 to 8. Legs felt pumped but not burnt out after the last set. Took about 3 minute rests between sets. Used Nose Tork for last 3 sets to better focus.

Limited Food today to peanut butter 6 large table spoons, and 2 pieced of hamburger veggy pizza remaining from last night... that is it.
Took 250mg of test e mixed with 50mg of test base this afternoon, that will be it for this week.

Tomorrow pushes ... barbell pin presses 6 inch off chest ... 6 sets of 3- 5 reps ..up the weight to 185 from 135
ezbar curls - 4 sets of 5-10 with 70lbs

Had to take these 2 days off, fucking elbows and shoulders were screaming at me for doing to much pulling. had to use the Ice spray over the last 2 days, that stuff is amazing for instantly taking away the pain. Use to use in when competed in TKD ... when you hit a elbow full contact with the top of your foot the ice spay between round minimized the pain so you could continue effectively. Been using it ever since.

My weight is around 250 now I was hovering at 260 265 a month ago, just cut out the processed jump and Hyglycemic carbs.

May do a bit of easy pulling some curls and some band work tonight ... will see how things go.

taken these days off as well. Kept my diet in check. Having major isues with elbows an d shoulders. Experimenting with some meds to see if that will help. Plan to do some exercise for tomorrow. Food is clean but minimal
 
dec 19

again had to take this day off as my elbows and shoulders are giving me major problems. I am now wearing compression elbow sleeves which are hlping a lot. Will be switching to cambered bar squating to relieve pressure on elbows and shoulders from pulling, I think it is the winter and the cold. Food is clean and very minimal, I am down to 249lbs which is the lowest I have been for a while.

Got back into it today. Did 6 sets of cambers bar squats with 185 lbs for 5 reps each set. did 5 sets of ez bar curls with 80 lbs for 7 reps each set.
that was enuff. for weights. Stretched out on my stretch machine for 20 minutes, got about a foot shy on each side from a full chinese split. would like to get to almost a full split in about 6 months to a year. The stretching helps my lower back, groin and hips flexors.

Diet is staying the same, lots of natural peanut butter, lean pork, potato's and mixed veggies. 3 sugar free rockstars. Also had a cup of lemon flavored green tea. going to start this on a a regular basis..

Did 4 sets of cambers bar squats with 185 lbs for 4 reps each set. did 4 sets of hack squats with 135 for 10 reps each.
Stretched on the stretch machine for 20 minutes, Did 15 minutes on the rowing machine I got off of amazon. Nice machine and only 400$.

Did the peanut butter thing, 2 chicken legs, a plate full of chunks of ham, 2 sugar free rockstars.

Will raise the tempo after xmas
 
I will put up a pic of my old school hack squat machine. It was home made and welded out of cast iron. I have olympic sleeve adapters coming. I also need to weld on a hold and release arm. work in progress.

drove to woodstock
-no working out as at moms place
-potato's, pork,vegies, 18 chocloate macaroons lol

fell asleep on the couch. Best sleep I ever had. going to buy a hard matress. our bed has the black hole from hell.

morning -eggs beacon and 15 pieces of toast with home made jam and toast
supper - ate turkey dressing and potatoes till could not eat any more

fell asleep on the couch again.
