Some get shakes, some don’t. My hands shake if I take clen. But others nothing in that sense.
Syn is probably one of a select few labs that has access to legitimate clenbuterol. The shit is not easy to source and you would fall out of your chair to know how much it’s costs per gram.
See I’ve only taken a max of 20 mcg a day split up into 10 mcg doses and found that to be more than enough.
I never got the shakes, but the Nitro I got from Dracorex or 100 mg dies of ephedrine doesn’t give me the shakes either, so yeah, it could be me.
But still if you are taking 150 mcg, you’d know it, I mean that is a pretty extreme dose isn’t it? Shit I cramp on 20 mcg a day.
Oh and I’m not bashing SYN, I’ve never heard anything bad. But everyone makes mistakes. So who knows.

I maxed out at 150mg over a 4 hour period.
When you run high doses you need to eat. I found 2 scoops of protein powder and 500 ml of milk worked. It would kill your appetite so drinking calories was the only way.
50-75 mg was an average daily dose for about 3 years.
One night after hard drinking, took up to 150 mg that evening, I had a massive panic attack and truly thought I was going to die. I calmed myself down and then pretty much stopped taking it. The withdrawal was horrible.
Anyhow my stepson told me you get the same panic attacks from meth, and that 150 mg was like poor man’s shitty meth.
He tried to convince to to use meth, but at that time I would have loved it and would be on the streets right now likely. You don’t miss what you don’t do, lol.
At that time I was eating around 6500+ calories a day, and was ripped, like 8% bodyfat, while still training and had a decent amount of muscle for a natural guy. I think my arms were 16” cold.
I believe that ephedrine at higher doses increases your metabolism and thereby increases recovery, only if you eat enough. But that’s they key, trying to eat enough without an appetite.
It was a stupid thing to do, all my molars were rotten at the gum line.
Honestly sometimes I worry I may get heart issues in the future.
I can’t see your picture but mines in a white sachet, white pills and it gave me typical stimulant sides
I actually switched back to ventipulmin syrup instead just because sides were too much for me and the dosing is easier to adjust with the syrup

I’ll tell you one of my dumb dumb moves from almost 20 years ago with clen.
There was a certain ugl that made clen at 200mcg/ml. I didn’t read the bottle correctly and thought it was 20mcg/ml..... you can see where this is going right? Needless to say.... the first few times I used it I didn’t feel so good and would shake like a did shitting razor blades.
I had used clen (actual spiropent) once before this and tolerated it fairly well and couldn’t figure out why this was so strong. It took me 3 days before I figured out how badly I fucked up taking 400mcg of clen per day lol!
Wasn’t as bad as Swailing that Polski special dbol though.... fuck me.

Yeah maybe I will reach out again and see what they say.
Could just be the response I get from taking it. Everyone is a bit different. But I have felt the effects in the past, and 150mcg is a pretty good dose, so I was a bit skeptical.
Try not taking any stims for a couple weeks and retry.
Who knows maybe you have over abused. I doubt it though. I abused stims, and I still got effects.
Mind you if you are getting extra energy and leaner, meh.

Not trying to hijack anyone's post here, just looking for some "review" per say from their Pharma tech labs stuff. So far all their oral seems to have good feedback, PG seem to fix issue if someone received possibly underdose/wrong product which is great, not much info on their test e/c. I was reading an earlier post on possible foreign object in the oil....I guess dealing with it labs this is meant to happen.
I recently (like yesterday) bought test e from their Pharma tech, will be using it pretty much as a trt (40yo) since my doc is against prescribing any of this and I even try switching doctor multiple times. I would have went with other labs but they were all amps (250) and I am not planning on going this high per pins. Use to have a solid source back in the day for Inno, but that was long ago and honestly not sure if this lab is still as reputable as it was 10 years ago

I have the same packet as you posted. Ordered mine maybe 2-3 weeks ago. I took 1 tab yesterday morning and felt it pretty quick - actually got a little twitchy trying to do work on the computer. It's been many many years since I last tried clen, so I don't have the tolerance for it like back in the day. Caffeine wise the most I get is either in an energy drink or my pre-workout which is around 200mg - and I still get a little kick from that. So from my experience it's another good product from Syn - and PG has always been good on my end. Just my two cents.
Made a couple orders with them since the start of the pandemic. First order I got pretty nervous, because it took a few days to get a reply and a few more to get shipping details; then of course, Canada post was backed up like crazy at the time. But, in the end the package made it super discrete and well packaged. Global Pharma Sust 250, Pharma tech dbol, aromasin, nolva, cialis, and some syn mk677. I was pleased with everything, except I don’t love the ampoules so much.
I’ve since tried their ULTRA research MK677, and I’ve experienced some side effects that make me question if it is real or not. I stopped using it and will not try again, could be a few factors and maybe it is legit... but I took a chance on an unproven lab/product and I’m couldn’t confidently back it.
Anyway, overall pleased so far with service and all but the one product potentially.
