I tried searching it in case it was up already but I didn't see anything come up so thought I'd give this a share in case in comes in handy for anyone. It's cost efficient, super quick and great way to get more calories in you without having to think what to do for next meal. I use it as both a breakfast and evening dessert/snack.
The ratio is one part oats (rolled/old fashioned) to one part liquid. I typically do 2-3 cups in one batch and it'll last few short days. The base isn't whole lot, you really just need oats and liquid but I just like the additional flavour by adding things like cinnamon for the antioxidant/inflammatory benefits, touch of good quality maple syrup to sweeten it up more as I have a sweet tooth.

*Base*
2 cups oats
2 cups whole or almond milk (I switch it up, sometimes going whole when I want extra fat)
1 cup yogurt (I tried using greek originally as its my preferred when eating itself but I found it too thick for this so just use organic Olympic vanilla yogurt)
1/2 teaspoon maybe more of cinnamon
couple light pours of maple syrup

Mix all of it in a large bowl and let it sit over night in the fridge, it'll be good to go next morning but I like waiting few extra hours let it thicken it up more. I have some mason jars from the Dollarstore that I have on the counter and just go thru the bulk isle fill them up with variety things - dark chocolate chips, shredded coconut, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, crushed Brazil nuts - so I just top it off depending what I have. Berries, sliced bananas, fruit in general all good. You can easily add some protein but id mix it wth the liquid first then put it in to avoid any dry spots. Enjoy 👍🏽
