Oldguyjuijitsu and Sorbates Road to 80

Well I’m ahead of the game, damn I didn’t realize how fat I was.
I have been joking with my wife about how soon when I bang her she will feel my chest first instead of my gut when I lay on her, lol.
I weighed 185 this morning. My abs are back, obliques are coming back in. Down 12 lbs.
I’m thinking 173 and I’ll be 10% maybe a bit lower, I think I’ll hit that start of June at the latest. It’s sad, I’ll only be the same weight as before my surgery at the same lean level. Next year I’ll try to be 10 lbs heavier, lol.

I am doing 20 min cardio every day now as long as my feet don’t hurt too bad, lol
Cycle is 400 mg test
200 mg tren
10 mcg clen during the week, weekends off. I love the way it melts fat, but I feel funky on it, so I take weekends off.

Started tanning again.

I feel weak, but still get pumps.

Btw, primo is trens bitch, lol.
I get the odd bit of a dark angry feeling, but nothing I can’t ignore and it goes away in like 5 minutes. Besides that zero other sides.

Oh I almost forgot I can’t get off anymore, which is kinda pissing me off. I was trying so hard today, that after what felt like 90 minutes my wife asked me if I could stop because she would like to be able to walk. I was like, just give me 10 more minutes and talk dirty, maybe that will work, lol. Then I thought fuck it, try again in a couple days. I said, I’ll stop torturing you now, lol.
it was still fun. Just sucks when you are hornier from tren and can’t get off. Better then deca, goes soft 5 strokes in and you are horney as hell, lol.

Same thing happened last time I ran tren, except I got angry when it didn’t work. I’m watching myself, I get crazy, I’ll quit tren, but I don’t think it will happen.

Sorry, no great stories to tell. No slutty woman at work this time. Plus I’m not interested anyways.

My experience with tren is the actual anger came after I came off of it. It wasn't too much but I was more short with people but luckily I had room to spare and I just corrected myself.

My gut is about half it was now. It actually looks almost flat in a t shirt, lol.
See this year I told my wife I was going to get ripped. For 3 years now, I’ve kinda been embarrassed to not wear a shirt when outside where people could see me. It’s not that I looked horrible, but I knew I had a gut, in comparison to what I used to always be like.
So this year I decided that I would time it so by July first I would be 12% or lower body fat. Go shirtless all summer like I used to shamelessly do for decades when I was young and lean.

I did caliper tests and I’m around 15% right now.

Funny story, my wife and I were at food basics. They had a machine that did everything, so bmi, blood pressure, body fat.

My wife’s results
123 lbs 5’7” bmi was low, can’t remember but middle of ideal
Body fat was 15%
Bp 115/65

My results
183 5’6”. Bmi just a hair under obese, lol
Bodyfat 15%
Bp 123/78

My wife was hoping so bad I’d have a higher body fat. Because she’s really thin, like flat stomach, bit of abs, looks great for 58. I mentioned to her it’s a percentage and since I’m another 1/2 person bigger than her I have more body fat, lol

I am doing elipitical today, just didn’t feel like lifting, but here is an arm pic. Just a bit under 18” pumped now.

Still running tren and test
175 mg test prop
175 mg tren ace
Cialis 5 mg eod
1/2 mg adex once a week. Not sure why I need adex, but I seem to be converting more test as I age.

Good progress my friend...Looking good. 15% is a healthy BF number, and you can make solid gains on that moderate little cycle...people should pay attention to that. Yes i convert more too as i get older.

My update:
  • Been training Jitz 3 days per week and lifting 3 days per week
  • Chronic neck issue and rotator cuff tendonitis has been settling down. (my recovery protocal finally working)
  • Biggest improvement has been cardio health - during covid heart rate sat at 64. Last two months it has dropped to 51 consistently. BP has also been constant at 123/72
  • weight at 191lbs, little fluffier than i like but easy fix...i have been having too many cheat meals.
  • Still only at TRT levels of Test. Get BW next friday so will reevaluate then.
Pictures will come in July...ironically since dealing with rotator stuff i have been doing lighter, single arm dumbbell flat benching and my chest is fuller than it has been in a long while.

Keep pushing....PS you might want to get some rogain or you will look too much like me.

I did a stress test recently and it was insane. I jog 20 minutes 3 times a week and this test was 20 times harder. Just speed walking on a high Incline treadmill. Apparently it only gets your heart rate up to 60 % of its max but it was harder then I ever would of imagined. He said I couldn't jog because it's too efficient

Yup never cared about hair. I lost most of mine at 21...never impacted my dating, etc...girls always liked rubbing the stubble on my head.

From jiu jitsu i have a great aerobic capacity which seems to drive resting heart rate down.

So the other day I was shaving in the shower and I forgot to shave my lip. So I know have the cheesiest moustshe growing.
My wife hates facial hair, oh I have been torturing her, it’s been funny.
I told her I was going to grow mutton chops as well to compensate for my lack of head hair, lol.

I was in Home Depot today, wearing a muscle shirt, I am fixing the deck, it was warm working, and I was looking for the water proof spray, so I could spray the corners in my gutter, they are starting to drip, so I ask this lady, about 55-60 where the spray was, she reaches over grabs my arm, gives it a squeeze and says, it’s over on isle 20, and guides me for a bit, pulls my arm, lol. Now my wife is with me.
My wife says, did you notice she grabbed your arm? I’m like yep, but that happens, you know that. Anyhow I told her it was the moustache, lol.
I think the best part was when in line these other ladies were trying not to look, lol.

This is the second time in over a week. Damn horney old ladies, lol. Last one was a 85 year old customer, rubbing my chest, back arm as she talked to me. My wife after was like, boy she was going to town on you, lol.

Im going to be honest, I’m fine with it. I don’t care if they are old, I’ll take the appreciation for my muscles anyway I can get it, lol. Actually it’s better they are old, figure might as well give the old broads a thrill, lol.

I’m thinking it only happens because of my age, because it never happened when I was younger. But I guess a 50 year old well built guy isn’t very common.
 
I did a stress test recently and it was insane. I jog 20 minutes 3 times a week and this test was 20 times harder. Just speed walking on a high Incline treadmill. I know jogging kills me, lol.
I normally walk on an incline at a high speed, well as fast as my short ass legs will allow, lol.
The elliptical is way better, but right now I get such a pump in my legs its actually painful.
 
I gotta knuckle down, but I’ve made a few new sausages at work and I keep snacking on them thruout the day. My weight loss has stalled. My wife also bought some really good O Henry ice cream bars as well, thank god I’ve almost eaten them all. Lol
She does this to me on purpose, because she has always watched what she ate, I never had to until I hit 45. So she enjoys me being tortured trying to control myself.

I’m now hand twisting about 8000 sausage a week. My stuffer died and I had to buy a new one. Got 22 years out of the old one and likely a few million pounds stuffed

OK it that time of year again. TIME TO GET get a little more serious and get in better shape before the BIG 52 - July for me and Aug for @Sorbate

Starting point for me:
  • got a little fluffier over the winter, still see some abs but got some love handles.
  • This AM was 191 lbs. Will try to get leaner at same weight or maybe grow a pound or two.
  • Currently on prescribed TRT 100mg test per week. (70mg every 5 days)
  • Will add 500mcg BCP over the next 30 days and then some CJC/Ipamorelin (300mcg) just to aid recovery as i push a little harder.
  • I will update if i add something else...if yes it will only be very low dosage.
SO @Sorbate time to put down the bacon wrapped pickles and the Doritos, post a starting point pic Yes i will post some more pics in the next few days. Yes legs count

That is why we do this...push ourselves, make some modest improvement to be in the to 5% of team 50.
