Saw this as well. The priorities of these administrative agencies is so ass backwards. The U.S. is projected to have an 80% obesity rate in the next several years, but yes let's debate the legality of an amino acid.
 
It's pathetic how the FDA works to keep you as unhealthy as possible. The FDA is just another political government pwn, siding with the big Pharma and screwing over the small guys as usual.
