Ok so im a couole weeks in, i forget the exact date when i started but 2ccs of eq a week i have 2-3ccs left.
Its arguable weather anything has actually kicked in yet. But i have been noticing some chest n bicept viens come to life.
I was up 5 pounds from all of april. But i am up another 5.2 pounds from last week, which is too much, so im goingto cut back the calories about 2-300
I was always told 2 pounds is the goal.
All lifts are up
Hungry a lot
No pip
Tired quite a bit though, even if i sleep the full 8+ hours, i usually get about 6-7.

Sex drive def up, i talked to quite a few girls today, got caught staring at more lol
Don’t cut back unless you are getting fat. You’ll lose muscle gains that way IMO

Lol yea i later on discovered people who reported it with no to little pip said they had mixed it with other oils to dilute it. But doing dhb on a cruise... A cc of dhb+ 0.4 of a cc of test, based on what i read would not be enough to dilute the pip lol. Still wanna try it on a blast maybe next year or something though, when im doing enoughto dilute it

Random question though, if certain steroids like 5 alphas cause hairloss, and when you stop them your hair is suppose to grow back. Thenwhy are so many long term aas users bald?
If i could rock bald i would.... but its a much needed detail to make me look good lol

So i was gunna wait till tomorrow to post a update, because its the day i step on the scale. But i got the day off from both jobs n its raining.
So this last week has been night n day compared to the week before.
Its all starting to show itself i believe, like 85% of the esters im taking are decanate or undecanate so its felt like forever waiting to see/feel something happen.

Is sweating a lot common with eq? Its nothing like tren, where im sweeting bullets just for slightly twisting my body and holding for a vglute shot, but its still insane compared to normal.
Idk if i gained weight this week, my diet was off a few days, i still was on a surplus or at least maintenance forthose days, so maybe a bit will be added on the scale.

I switched from assisted lifting like the smythe machine and other machines and have switched completely to barbell and/ or db, or bodyweight....beside a couple isolation exersizes. Lifts seem like a breeze.
When i look in the mirror i just feel like its more of a firmer buildthen whats been happening lately.
So it took a while for it all to kick in, to the point i was getting a bit restless, to now i know this is some legit stuff

Ill post if ive gained anything tomorrow
My goal has been 2 pounds a week which if u break it into an average its higher then that so far

So ive only gained .8 pounds this week.
But my chest and arms are a bit bigger, and my stomach is a bit slimmer.
My legs are the same though

So does eq make you guys sweat a lot?

I been sweating a shit ton.
I googled it and some people report the same; sweating more when on eq.

So it could be eq is starting to shine, me shedding some bloat and water, while gaining poundage,

or it could just be minimal gains, since i only ate about maintenance those few days.

Im going to up my calories by 200
I will say my strength is increasing very quick too.

O and i switched my routine a bit
Day 1-big chest, small tri's
Day 2-legs
Day 3-big back, small chest
Day 4-off
Day 5-big chest (no tri's)
Day 6-legs
Day 7-big back/small chest
Day 8- big shoulders/small bi's
Day9-off
Day 10-off

Its not a huge change, added a chest to my back day, instead of bi's, switched bis to my shoulders which i now only do on the second round.

I like it but i need a new leg routine,
suggestions?
With legs i like high reps, high sets

EQ has never made me sweat. It has made many people anxious and many others hungry.

For your routine, here's my $0.02 to start... please feel free to ignore it if you like.

Maybe I'm too old now but I honestly don't know how you can do several days of major muscle groups (with compound movements) back-to-back without a day off in-between and then hit them again after three days.

I don't know the exercises, weights you use, reps or sets but if it works for you then okay... but you might want to revisit this.

For example, if you are going to have a day off then a day off after legs would definitely be a good idea. A day off after back is also a really good idea.

Remember, you recover and grow when you rest and eat.

Yea totally i get that, for a bit there i was making sure back was friday and legs on saturday, because my side job i lift 85-105pound bricks/slabs stackem, fillem with crush, mix n lay concrete ect. Super labour intensive job...... it was suppose to be a 70k 8week job but now its about 200k and theres no end in sight with all the extras lol.....so i wanted my back day to be followed by no work but just a legs day whichwoukd also be followed by no work and no gym for a day.... but as the weeks have gone on i have began to adjust it a bit.
A few years back my workout partner n i would do a "big" something with a "small" something and hit each muscle 2x a week. But now im basically doing it based on the results i want.
So i have a small chest day with my back day but mainly its to isolate the one side, so i am mainly doing isolation exersizes for chestthis day not compund,i have a ribcage issue its like one side is from like a different body, which causes my right sid to cave in like 2 finger thicknesses, so the idea is to try to get that side to catch up, n it has been seemingly working so far. And arms and shoulders i prefer them to be the smaller of the muscles so i switched to doing them only on the second workout split...
I have debated if i workout too much though, but it all depends on who u ask i guess. Most guys i know who juice workout 2x a day 5 days a week, cardio 7.... i think most guys do the typical workout of 5 days a week so 10-biweekly, and the 7 out if 10days i am currently doing is about the same day on/day off percentage....

But u do have me wondering about a thought i have bounced around in my head from time to time (idk if ill word this to be understood how i mean it but); like does the distance in time training a muscle to the time off affect it and if so whats the time frame.... like if u did 5 straight days then 2 days off would day 1 and day 2's growth be affected because there is still many days till your having a day off? Like one side of me says "it just makes total sense" but the other side says "then why do lots of people do their primaries at the beginning of the week and why is this not something thats commonly talked about"

For me "bigs" are 4-5workouts first workout 4 sets, the other 3-4 are 2-3sets
Smalls are 2-3workouts 2-3sets, isolation dominate

Legs always gets its own day, the fast im combining all leg muscles into one day is already enough, ive heard of people seperating them, which ive tried before, but i am having trouble remembered enough leg workouts to do it(im recovering from a concussion r.n., so that might be part of it, lol)... guess ill look some up, see which ones i can do at the shitty gym im at, then look em up n see how they actually stack up in terms of continuous stregrh building and muscle growing... re establish my understanding on which are fast twitch vs slow twitch dominate...
I usedto have this general rule that if i could walk up my stairs at the end of a legs daywithout needing the railing as an assist, cause im exhasted not in pain, then i didnt train them hard enough and i havent really felt like that recently at the end of legs day. I treat legs like shoulders though, between 25-12reps each set and a power set of 4 or 6 on a workout or two.

Ive talked to a bunch of people who have done a workoit like this:
Upper body day
Lower body day
Day off
Upper body day
Lowerbody day
Power day

I oftendo the upper body day/lower body day split when im building a foundation, like ive had a break from the gym for a while, or completely flipping my workout routine...
Which is thesame idea they have, light weight, high reps, just keep adding that foundation then on power day they do their power lifts like :bench, squat, dead lift and shoulder press all in the same day. Theyve all seemed to like it, i want to give it a go but i dont have a workout partner r.n. so i cant give my all on a power day

I did a full switch on legs day in terms of reps/weight amount and ordrr and added an extra workout.
Im gunna take an extra day off, today, cause i feel it now lol

Yeah, love the pain.
When I was young like you, I’d train so hard I’d be crippled the next day and if I wasn’t I’d try harder the next time.
My joints won’t allow me to train like that anymore, but the pain was my favourite part.
