I agree with @aGuyFromWinnipeg if i dont eat a ton of salt on each meal, i cramp up hard few hours after training.I been cutting lightly the salt to have less water retention, I ho back up and see what happen

im at 500 mg 1 hour before bed, it help alot, but still crampMagnesium Glycinate does the trick for me. If i start getting cramps or twitches and take this, it's gone within half an hour.

i didn't know that you can have it in powder, thats great thank !!i take potassium with all my shakes. also find it to be extremely helpful with BP issues.
