Low Test and High Prolactin

So in the past I’ve done 2 cycles of SARMS being:
8 weeks 25mg Ostarine
8 weeks 25mg Ostarine + 10mg Cardarine

I have been off cycle for 8 months before getting these bloods done. Results came back as having 282.73 mg/dl total test and having my prolactin at a 27.2.

As a 21 y/o male, test value is extremely low and concerning. I still make tremendous progress in the gym at these levels and have a good sex drive. I have however had gyno since I was 9-10 y/o, and still have acne even after doing accutane for a year.

Going to attempt to get a test prescription from the family doctor, as I’m in NB so healthcare is just a mess here. I feel as though my doctor will be very reluctant to give me a prescription.

Im curious as to know if anyone else on here experience somewhat the same thing as well as other options I could look into to fix my hormone panel.

This is odd. Only two Sarms cycles, and people don't typically PCT after Ostarine, and you have low test at 21. The prolactin I don't follow either but I assume the doctor is going to send you to a specialist (endo for example) or investigate further.
Considering you are 21, I would do everything in my power to avoid TRT as that is a life time venture. I was prescribed test in my 30's and had to come off for fertility reasons. It wasn't that bad and eventually I bounced back with my sperm and test numbers and I stayed off test for a long time.
Once I knew it was low again, I started as I am past the baby making stage being in my 40's.
You could try HCG and a SERM or just HCG for a few months to see what it does.

Is the doctor going to check your other hormones - LH, SHBG, etc, total and free test, estrogen, etc.?

Apparently my prolactin could be causing hypogonadism.
The doctor is going to probably book me an MRI to see if I have a mass in my pituitary gland, which could be causing my prolactin to be high.
Could also just be my SSRI causing hyperprolactinaemia.
Either way, will keep the thread posted on what I find out.

At what age did you start the SSRI? The hyperprolactinemia is almost certainly caused from the SSRI.

The research that I have done shows that although 27.2 ( I'm assuming this is ug/l ) is high and quite out of range for a young male....if you had a mass or tumour on your pituitary it would be much much higher.
Mine has been up to 20 ug/l just on trt but I was able to bring it down and manage it in range with 75mg of B6 daily.
Having high prolactin will probably make you feel like shit, it did for me....not to mention the anorgasmia that it can cause can be a real bitch as well.

Very good to know.
I believe it was measured in nmol/L so if that is the same as ug/l then that would add up

Obviously your endo or urologist should be able to diagnose you and help you but it would be very beneficial for you to have as much knowledge about it as you can so you are able to ask questions and understand the best treatments. Here are a couple of good links for you if you haven't already found them.
And no, nmol/l is not equal to ug/l.....27.7nmol/l would only be 10.04ug/l so that doesn't jive. Can you find out the units of measure & the range for it?

this is all the info I was given, but would assume the prolactin was measured in ng/ml. They also apparently use a range of 9.5-33 for the normal testosterone range in nmol/L, therefore I am technically “low-normal” at 9.8 nmol/L, but at 21 still seems very low still.

Update 03/16/2022
Referral sent to an endocrinologist from the family doc. Also on the mile long waitlist for an MRI to check for any pituitary gland tumours.
Likely to be prescribed medication to lower prolactin as well as possibly being prescribed therapeutic test.

Low Testosterone is hereditary in my family, having most of the men start TRT in their 40s. Scary to shut down the baby makers at 21. Plans were originally to get bloods checked then do my first blast of steroids (was thinking the generic Test E/C 500mg/W for 15 weeks) followed by a PCT.

Not sure what my next move is. Probably should wait to see what the endocrinologist says in regards before doing a blast? Just use dostinex/parlodel by my own means and blast if prolactin drops in next bloods?

You have made it this far with your doctors. Why to jeopardize your health? Let the doctors do their job, be patient. If you start playing with hormones, your whole axis moves. That makes the endocrinologist job impossible.

sounds like you have a few things going on, but SARMS will do that. Shut down your T and wreck your lipids. I know they're sold as safe, but they come with plenty of issues.

Do you really think running a 15 week cycle is a good choice for your health right now? Maybe try and get you health in order and T levels up before doing more damage.
