Low platlets?

Has anyone on here ever noticed that their platelet count has been decreasing as they age and continue to use steroids?

Literature says steroids should do the opposite. I know a few ppl that have experienced their platlets going down and not up. I know age could play a factor, but I'm not sure if she would be a factor if these ppl have been using for many years and still are using gear.

My red blood cells/ hemoglobin has been high since I was a teenager. It has definitely increase with usage as well as driving up my bp.

I give blood and take fish oil to try and help with this.

High RBC is also always high. Donating blood also helps me

Hemoglobin and hematocrit numbers have become exceptional high for me and donation is a must now. By far the biggest health issue for me with regards to AAS usage
