Lost 66 lbs in 10 months,

stoick

32yo, M, 186 cm height.

I've lost 30 kgs (66lbs sounds more impressive) in 10 months,
went from 110 kg to 80 kg,
108.5 waist cm to roughly 82 cm.

For the last 2 months though, I've stalled and haven't lost any weight or waist cm.
My motivation is somewhat losing ground, I think because I've been cutting for too long while trying to do cardio most days of the week with 3x upper body workouts, 1x lower body workouts.

Let's hope I hit my goal of 75 cm before I start slowly gaining weight up!

That's awesome man. I'd love to hear more details, do you have a thread that you posted your diet and workout routine in?

Right on man grats.

I do find it odd you use cm's instead of inches however :)

Wow what a month it was!

I only lost 1 kg but my weight has been yo-yo'ing between 82 kg and 80 kg these past six weeks.
I think I just had to further lower my calorie intake per day.

Haha I never managed to wrap my head around fractions of inches with 32" 1/8 for example - it just does not compute in my head. I think I am just too old to learn new things now.

Here is the graph of my weight for the last 10 years if anybody is interested.
The growing part is when I just did not measure myself. A lot of things happened from 2015 to 2021, mostly I think economic hardships, such as losing a job, working night shifts, drinking a lot, and perhaps depression (although I never felt like I had a depression).

My goals are to get to my ideal body composition of around 75 kg. From there I am hoping to gain higher proportion of muscles by working on body re-composition.

Very impressive brother. I’m 56 and in the best shape I’ve been in for 20 years so don’t worry about age. I hope you achieve all of your goals and the best advice I can give you is DON’T QUIT UNTIL YOU DO.
