My new recipe šŸ˜ƒ

Ginger lemon recipe

First wash lemon and slice it up then peel ginger and slice it up.

Donā€™t peel lemon.

Layer lemon with the peel into glass jar then ginger then lemon then ginger.

After filling it squeeze lemon juice and add honey if you donā€™t want it too strong add extra honey to sweeten it up.

Let the jar sit in the fridge for a week then It be ready for consumption.

Smart @Annika - I eat raw ginger each morning for its anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties and often wash it down with a glass of water with the juice from half a fresh lemon or a tablespoon of ACV.
Ginger is my go to for any stomach issues and fresh lemon is supposed to be good for your kidneys and PH balance.
