I just recently started tracking my intake the last couple days. Decided I wanted to try Keto and downloaded a pretty cool app for keeping track. I was already fairly low carb the last year plus but never took the time to document anything. Was a little taken back that I was pretty far off their target of 32g Net Carbs

I had to sacrifice rice cakes instantly. I was eating like 5 a day slathered with peanut butter 😅

I have my targets set as High Protein/Keto so not sure how that will impact me compared to just Keto with a higher admission of fats

The plan is to slowly wean certain foods that seem to be keeping my carbs high over the next week and try to stick to it for a few months. If it’s recommended I increase fat and reduce protein it might take a little longer to get everything in order
