Joint support.

i always run 3000 iu of D i got hip bursitus because of my job I am trying to avoid cortisone shots I will try to up it
For the average person 3000 wont do very much, sure youll see some benefits. But to truly benefit from Vitamin D it has to be alot higher. Dr,s will say "going high is dangerous" (Which is absolute bs). I did the exact same thing, started at 5 k. Didnt see very much, but as soon as I went to 10 K thats when all my joints and inflammation felt alot better. I went from walking up stairs slowly to running up and down np. The difference was huge for me. Again taking it with a high fat meal is recommended.

Of course make sure you are taking K2 with it. Also every so often get your vitamin d levels checked just to see where you are sitting. 10 k should put people in the upper range.

I can second that. I have a south American background and living in Canada I need 10k minimum. I find that d is a little DNA dependant also.
I take close to 20 in the winter which puts me in the upper range.
When I feel like I'm getting sick, I take 50k on that day, and surely enough I start feeling better the next day.

I will start upping my vitamin D as well. I heard 10k iu was the sweet spot, and I did it for a while, but it was long enough ago that I can’t recall how sore my joints were.
Another thing that I can add into the mix for relief, and other benefits. I tolerated 10k iu fine, I wasn’t taking magnesium or vit K then, but am now. Along with a laundry list of other supps. I really think CoQ-10 is good for my energy. I also take a lot of omega 3, b vit complex, half a tab every other day, and vitamin E as well. Along with the vitamin D and K. I take a multi gummy every few days just to get a dose of what I might be missing, one gummy is a half dose, and it’s like 2-3 times a week.

Again, all you guys.. thanks for this.
There’s a lot of great info here, and thanks for taking the time. I actually really appreciate it.
