It's hard to believe we just closed out the 4th year for this forum. When northern muscle was taken down I built this forum from scratch in 3 days. I wanted to take all the good points of nm and add the ideas I had for Canadian Brawn. I am proud of this forum and want to thank each and everyone for making this forum what it is. It's much more then a body building forum it's a community of like minded individuals.
