how to increase fitness etc

Ive been off cycle for 3 weeks ... been blasting cruising since january.

I want to focus abit more on fitness and leaning out now. Aside from the diet as ive got that sorted

What would you guys recommend???

My fitness is sh1t . I dont do cardio . Only weights. But want to change up things now as i dont want to bulk

Im about 220lbs at 5ft 10 .. maybe 18 percent body fat.
 
Cardio .. like funnyman suggests . Supersets/dropsets for weights
You need to sweat and get heart rate elevated

You dont need circuit training. If you want you can change your rep ranges and rest periods. Incorporate more ab work and hit the cardio. Focus on the diet
 
Swimming is one of the best ways to increase your fitness! I really enjoy swimming as my favorite cardio session, way more enjoyable than running or biking.
Too cold to swim in my pool now, lol.
Hot tub is too small, even though my 5’5” grandson still tries.

So choked that they closed the pools here in Alberta again. Had almost all I can take of the scamdemic bullshit.
