How many competitions have you done?

Curious how many of us on here have done comps, and how many have you done over the years? I dont know the exact number for myself but I think around 12. Its all kind of a blur. I got upset one day and threw out a garbage bag full of trophies. I kept my two overalls, best posing, and after that won a couple more that I kept.

What you put them in the garbage, you could have sold them to a trainer. All the trainer needs to do is change the year and place.

I ve done 2 shows years ago ..thinking about maybe one more but the idea of putting all that time and effort in just for a trophy sometimes just doesnt make the effort worth it to me .

One. Wanted to quit so bad during the diet, but would not because I would have to live the rest of my life with that decision, i.e. quit. But after that, nope - not starving myself again like that LOL.
