Another cheap medicinal food - crush your raw garlic and let sit for 5 minutes because it increases the Allicin before consuming. Don’t eat it raw if you have any plans of doing the no pants dance.

Garlic seems to get forgotten when we look at supplements but it is one of the cheapest (buy raw at the grocery store) and eat raw or cook with it but cooking will kill some of the medicinal benefits. It is listed as part of a natural treatment plan for 100's of diseases in the Natural medicine books I have and many of those diseases are ones that often impact people who take PED's.
