First cycle - 6 week in

I'm at 6 week of my first cycle, and so far nothing !
  • Twice a week 250 Test e
  • Dec 14 (tomorrow) will be my # 12 pin
  • my diet is top shape, 45% protein, 30% carbs 25 % fat
  • 2700 cal
  • no junk food at all
  • upper / lower EOD
  • strength, weight, push, energie, all remain the same, no change at all
I am not sure if i am doing something wrong or its the stuff I got :rolleyes:

Need feedback / help, please

How many days a week are you training, and how many Time are you training per week?
How long are your workout?
How many meals per day are your eat? 3 meals
Do you eat every 4 or 5 hours?
I traine EOD: 1 day upper, 1 day off, 1 day lower, ...............
4 days per weeks with that split upper lower
workout are about 1 to 1.5 hours
i eat every 2 to 3 hours (4 meals and 2 snack )

one snack is :
  • 50 gr protein, banana, peanut butter, oat meal shake
  • with 3 boil egg (white only)
  • half cup cottage cheese 1% fat and
  • two rice cake

Are you sure you are eating in a caloric surplus. 2700 is not a lot for a male looking to get bigger. Edit to say that you should look to be eating anywhere from 300-500 calories over your maintenance calories daily.

500% agree
my TDEE is 2200 to 2300 to cruise and keep my weight with 4 days workout
when i want to bulk with gear I go to 2700 aslo
now with gear i went to 2700 to 2800 cal for the cycle

i can add and extra 300 cal for the rest of the cycle and see
BUT EVEN THOUGHT, the boost, energy, stimulus, strength, "getting hard" and all the other effect that come with Test are still not there !!!

You will need extra calories on gear. It increases your metabolism.
i am willing to try anything, but so far my cycle is "bang on by the book"
I will definitely follow you guys suggestion and go to 3000 cal and see.
BUT like i said in a previous reply, beside the mass gain, all the other Test benefit and not there neither

I will even start right now and get one more meal for my day, a nice beef shish kabob on bbq.
I really hope thats all what it is, more calories

No one will flame you, but I need honest aswers. Even if your gear is shit, you should be getting the placebo effect because you think you are on gear and are giving it your all.

Btw, not everyone gets raging boners while on cycle. Personally my sex drive tanks.

I know my first cycle I ate 5000 cal a day, 400 grams of protien.
I gained 20 lbs.
I trained like a mad man, every set to failure, held nothing back.

Oh who’s gear, you can pm me if you don’t want to say in the open.

Training EOD none stop / 4 days per week on ( upper, off, lower, off, upper, off, lower)

I just talk "honest", im 54 and no time for shit talk, i pass the 18 year old egotesticule bs, long time ago

Placebo effect work for people that have high expectation and still have some naive expectation,
When like many of us, i got taken for a ride once, obviously next time that you try your suspicion keep that placebo effect in check

I was positive in it for the first 4 or 5 weeks and then i can see the reality setting,
im not saying that the gear are not good, i am saying that something dosent work,
and i need help to figure it out

in my home gym, i push hard every-time, when i am done i have that " i need to seat down" feeling and take me 30 minute before i can get up and get my meal.

lol, the bonner was juts an exemple of all the other things beside mass gaining that are still not coming to me
stimulus, energie, power, sex drive, strength, etc ..............

i book a full blood test for next friday Jan 22

laituce, avocado, cucumber, olive

home made pizza
flat bread with home made tomatoes sauce
chicken filet slice
"few" pepperoni slice
low fat dry cheese (kosher cottage cheese)
mushroom, brocoli, olive

# 5 (snack)

I would lose weight on your diet and am shorter and lighter.
I am thinking you are not training effectively.
There is no way I could hammer a body part hard enough doing whole upper body one day.
I would split up your workouts.
I only take a day off if I’m really burned out or tired.
We are close to the same age and I work a heavy labour job


Anyhow
Chest. 4 exercises 4 sets
Back 4 exercises 4 sets
Arms 2 exercises 4 sets
Legs/calves 3 exercises quads 4 sets
3 exercises hamstrings 4 sets
2 exercises 4 sets

Every set to failure. Don’t hold back to save for that special set. You should not be able to do the same amount of reps with the same weight.

Cardio eod 20 min.

You need more calories, at least 3800. 400 gym protien a day.
If you have a couple hundred dollars hire funny man and he will get you on track.

Even without gear you will put on weight if you follow this.

500 mg of test is not mind blowing.

If you wanted strength and massive weight gain then you should add on dbol,
 
Yeah I think adding protein powder would make a big difference. I’m having 4-5 scoops per day which adds up to almost 125 grams of protein from powder alone. First thing in the morning, throughout the day and before bed (casein) On top of that, including meat with every meal, bringing me to 350-400 grams of protein per day. I’m just over 4 weeks in to my first cycle (same dose as you) and Im seeing great gains so far. Up 10 lbs and looking bigger.
I think the point here is eat more protein, as others have said!

Wow that's great, I'm happy for you, I wish I could see the same here.
I do have a protein shake or two here and there

What lab are your gear?

So far what I can see from everyone feedback, I need to go up 300 and more of calories and another 200 gr and more of protein.

I already took a bulking shake

I'll bump up my diet
3200 cal +
350 protein +
