All the markers that were out of range were

Hdl .44 (ldl was good)
Alp 30ul (under)
Alt 49ul slightly over
Meancell hemoglobin 347 gl

Everything else is in range I’m on
Test e 500
Primo 500
Anavar 50
Hgh 2iu

Are these numbers concerning ? Should I be changing certain things or are these typical numbers on this type of cycle also what can I do to improve them

What’s your diet like? Are you doing cardio? Are you carrying much fat around? Your hdl is quite low. You can take all the anabolics you want, but if you aren’t eating right, it’s really a waste of time and money.

HDL is the main stand out for me. There’s a lot of genetic variability with lipids from what I’ve seen. Some guys can be doing all the right things (diet, cardio, lifestyle, etc) and still struggle to maintain acceptable lipids while on cycle. If you’re in that boat and have exhausted those avenues to improving them, exposing yourself to those levels may have to be a risk you have decide whether or not is worth taking for periods of time. If you decide you’re okay with the risk, just make sure you’re spending adequate time off cycle as well to give your body time to improve them.

How concerning are those hdl levels for another 10 weeks? I’m thinking it’s the anavar from what I’ve read it really tanks hdl

Assuming you haven’t had low HDL for decades prior, I’d say it’s not a big deal. A lot of guys run in to nearly undetectable HDL levels on contest prep.

Is it healthy? No. Are you going to drop dead tomorrow because of it? Highly unlikely lol.

Anavar & primo are both notorious for impacting HDL negatively.

Should I drop the anavar ? I only got another 3 weeks of it is there anything should I be doing and how concerned should I really be

That’s for you to decide based on your goals and health risk tolerance. Like I said, you’re not gonna drop dead tomorrow assuming the low HDL is a result of this cycle and you’ve been healthy otherwise.

I’ve never had problems with my hdl what type of risks am I looking at if I do push it another 3 weeks

The primo and anavar are most likely making your hdl that low, it is low. I’d do more cardio if I were you and eat super clean but I’m no expert
it’ll probably go back to normal when you stop the compounds it’s up to you to decide if your ok with it or not.

From what I know (I’m not a doctor or an expert) the HDL moves cholesterol from the arteries to the liver where it can be metabolized and excreted so if the levels are low and the cholesterol can’t be moved which can cause plaque to build up in the arteries and increases the risk for heat disease but I mean personally I seriously doubt you’ll drop dead super fast or anything but those risks are up to you to weigh

Very nice. that looks clean, you could try adding some Metamucil. It’s more so known for its affects on LDL, but it can also raise HDL.

Metamucil helps trap cholesterol in the digestive system and prevents absorption into the blood stream.

When people list a diet like this is it taking everything into account. Not picking on you op, it's just that I saw yours posted and it made me wonder.

When we post diets like this as many of us do, is there really also tons of butter? Added salt, cream cheese? Regular cheese? Maybe some Tabasco sauce? other sauces added that make this seeming clean diet not so clean? Is that like an unspoken normal for most of us to eat this way all the time.

Not singling you out loggy, just happened to be your post that made me think of that.

Thanks.

I always thought primo was good on lipid an masteron was more harsh on your ldl
