Enlarged Nipples on Test Prop

Test Prop 200mg eod
Anavar 40-60mg ed

Had family and friends over and these past 10 days my diet was absolute trash. My protein intake was on par but we ate out everyday and all day from McD's to Chinese Chicken Fried Rice, etc. Sad to say I put on some fat. My nipples and areola have noticeably enlarged. Is this due to water retention from my screwed up diet or is it a sign of gyno? It's not sore at all and I feel no lump.

Fukc, in all my years I felt I was immune to gyno or puffy nipples considering how reckless I've been in the past. Seems like it may be worser than yesterday. Pointing down, larger and puffier.

Just to be on the safe side...

Would the best protocol be to stop my test prop and take an ai and nolva until it subsides? Or stay on cycle and take an ai and nolva?

I would likely just clean up the poor eating and take an AI. Get ride of that water and kill so estrogen if you truly suspect it’s raised.

Yes it subsided because I stopped my cycle from a torn muscle in my delt. Took about 3 weeks to get back to normal. Back on cycle and I'm taking an ai with it to try keep it at bay.
