Absolutely. I am T1D and prefer humalog 1 preworkout on a heavy lift. Alternerativly for smaller muscle groups slin intra-workout and post workout is classically beneficial. Make sure to count and time your carbs catered to your bodies sensitivity. Always use a bgl monitor dont base it on "feeling".
If you arent a type 1 diabetic, aren't running GH (can cause insulin resistance) and are able to stay in normal blood glucose range (tested with a blood glucose meter upon weakening and 2hrs post meal) then there is absolutely no reason for it.
