Does anybody get chest pain from stomach issues?

Indigestion can present itself with the same symptoms of a heart attack. Actually this just happened to my mom recently. As soon as the paramedics came and checked with an EKG they had a good idea if she was having a heart attack or not. She ended up just fine anyways, blood work came back normal and she's ok.
Yea I think digestive tract in some way but the severity and recurrence makes me think it could be worse maybe an ulcer or colitis or ibs or something, I know probiotics and prebiotics are worth the money. Especially with all the cialis and advil and every other gut non friendly substance we may be taking. My trt doc does some interesting stuff with frozen probiotics. I know a study in mice should that after a fecal transplant they were proven to be healthier and live longer lives

I swapped my morning oats with protein powder to
2 strips of bacon and 4-5 eggs.
1 cup of milk 2%

Fixed all my gut issues.

I never ate protein powder other than breakfast out of lazyness. It as easy to drink watered down oats and protein powder as I set up at work. Cooking takes more time.

First off in my case protein powder is complete shit. Sorry if I offend, but your body can’t digest it, even with digestive enzymes and once you create IBS you absorb less nutrients.

Oats are very difficult to break down. Since I stopped eating those, I have zero issues with constipation. Fuck I hope I didn’t cause my own colon issues eating that. In hindsight it likely didn’t help.

Its a pain to cook breakfast every day, but not dealing with horrible gas makes it worth it. My gut isn’t distended every evening now. I wonder how much unnessasary inflammation I caused?

As another note, I can use black seed oil now without issues. I guess pushing my digestive system to its edge of iratability then tossing in high doses of vit d and black seed oil was the tipping point.

This I am really glad about because black seed oil really works well with blood pressure and resting heart rate. I’m already on my way to be under 120/80 again.

And stress sucks. You’ll need how to deal with that on your own. Find something to get your mind off of it, calm yourself down.

I dont know what kind of stomach issues I have and my doctor always seems to just push me out and say everything's fine. I've only been having these issues for the past year or so but I get bloating and chest pain. Pinching pain between the pecs, sometimes a heavy pressure, sometimes a pinching pain over the left rib cage by the arm pit and it can radiate to arms and neck. Does anyone else get these issues? I've been in and out of the e.r lots thinking it's heart problems but they always send me home I'm happy to just deal with it but I always kind of think there's more going on then I realize

I have this exact same pain, one day it happened at the gym, started right in the middle of the pecs and quickly crawled through my arm pits and into my neck, very sharp pain at first and then it was just pressure.
Luckily I had a chiropractor appointment the next day and I brought this up, a quick assessment and he said I had pushed a couple of ribs out of place, he did a weird adjustment and it popped back in place, I felt the pressure come off right away.

I should try that

Worth getting it checked out, it’s been 6 weeks since I did that adjustment and I have not felt that same pressure again…

I have dislocated my ribs a couple times too, it friggen hurt

I think you just answered your question here. Stress messes with digestion, add that to foods that probably don't agree with you in the first place and bam, you got a positive feedback loop of issues. A lot of the "bro" foods like broccoli or oatmeal cause lots of issues in people as the fiber is difficult to break down. Processed foods will also mess things up, preservatives slow down digestion and will back you up. I've personally gone so far as to baking my own bread to get away from any store bought junk. My rule generally speaking is if it lasts longer than 4-5 days, it doesn't belong in my body.

I decided to try vegan protein powder at one point, it gave me HORRENDOUS heartburn, absolute torture that continued for a while after using it. Never again. It was the Kaizen brand.
tried Kaizen to from NZ? and hated it

Did you abuse , pre workout, energy drinks for many years before? Just before going to sleep do you feel your heart is beating fast? And what about your cardio? Is it decent?

Are you still having chest pain? If the chest pains continue you could always ask your doc for a stress echocardiography. It will assess your heart muscle directly after exercising so it's more precise than the standard stress test. You say so yourself that you abused a lot of things, depending on those things it might not put you in the low risk category, especially if you have a family history of CAD.
