Hey fellas,

I have experience using crystalline DNP but not powder DNP. I thought I read somewhere that the effects can be different? Looking for insight on what to expect difference wise.

Thanks!

Bunk

I have used both and they are a little different but imo not drastically.
Dinitro's dnp was 250 with 200 actual dnp. 2 caps/day was too high for me at my job. The powder i am using is 100/cap and 4 caps/day is too high for my job. 2-3 caps/day is my limit.
If i had to choose which one gave me more heat then it would be the powder

You’ll notice more side effects with powder but results are better, that is my experience at least

I have to agree with what Storman said. Am using the same product. No more then 2 caps per day for me. Tho I seem to be handling the heat fine. Nothing unbearable lol.

Eat a plate of pasta and drink some orange juice. Follow it up with an ice cream sundae..... see how that heat treats ya! Lol

Even at high doses dnp sides created by the uncoupling (heat loss vs used in cell) can be fairly tolerable for an experienced user..... until they fire a pile of simple carbs into the gullet.

Even then Newf im fine hahaha. Im a chef so im around all that type of food all day. Frig the pastry chef made some cheese cake the other day and there was lots left over. Of course I ate as much as I could and she always comes to me to try out what she makes as she hates sweets now lol. Not to mention the pizza i ate lol. Sure I felt warm. but its not crazy like some people describe. Idk lol. Tho when I did that Dinitro stuff when it was around, that was a different story, frig lol

I'm tolerating my current run, which is powder, much better than my run with crystalline. I believe dnitro had 200mg DNP in his 250mg caps. I was walking death on two caps (400mg). I'm at 400mg (4 x 100mg) powder and can manage even though I'm a sweaty mess at times.

Now for the record, my first run was when it hit me the hardest. Subsequent runs I found I was able to tolerate things much better.

How do you cook in a commercial kitchen on any more than 200mg DNP?

I've been able to tolerate up to 300mg in the winter months... But above the grill I work on currently, the air temperature is around 56'c. That's insane. I already drink close to 5L of water a day, and it's only June and 20c outside... Can't wait for those 30c August days...

And FWIW, the powder I cap myself has always been consistently better than any commercial product... With the exception of Dinitro's stuff, which got me started down that rabbit hole. I don't bother with this stuff anymore. I stored it in a glass container with a stainless steel lid... Seeing what it did to that lid... Eh.

It really depends what im doing for the day mate. Lately im doing alot of batch prep. There are days where we are out at an event or doing a wedding, which can be pretty hot. Maybe I can just handle the heat better then others can. I dont mind sweating because im so used to it working in kitchens.

Those cooling mattress covers are the shit. No matter if im on dnp or a shit ton of tren, i never soak the sheets anymore. That use to be a nightly occurrence for me. Fucker cost like 300 bucks tho
Im on 300 right now working shitty hard construction. Im handling it just fine. I probably could go to 400 but this is working good enough

I am currently running Pharma Tech DNP. Just finished week one at 200mg per day. I didn't feel too hot. But I also wasn't eating really any carbs. This week I'm bumping the dose to 300mg.
