Exactly why we needed to take better care to protect the vulnerable. The older population should have been told to isolate and have everything brought to them, plus take precautions. My grandmother had died from the corona virus. I tend to disagree with all the conspiracy theories and those not taking it seriously. We’ve really been hit hard with it here in Montreal.
That said, we are far too leftist imo. These massive handouts and overall ridiculous lib gouvernement actions make me sick. I’m a firm believer in actions and more should have been done to lock down our borders long ago before sacrificing so many lives

Just remember those soldiers that did survive are the ones we are social distancing to protect. We owe them more than we can repay so if this is what we must do...

I like the meme, just dont know why they make up numbers. In no way is this a 99.9% survival rate in Americans.
I appreciate that sentiment most definitely, but the reality is there is a very small handful of them left

It’s slightly off yes but not by much
A quick google search said 1.3% die in the USA
so 98.7% survival rate
Does that include presumed cases?
then there are the died with covid cases vs the died of covid cases.
Either way, i think we will see very soon that the fix will have been much worse than the problem we were facing.
