Im posting a bunch of these to see how everyone trains.

For chest....
I typically do my usual warmup shit. 10 min incline walk, then light warmups for rotators, front and rear delts, tris, upper back..all on cables..

To start i do flye machine or cable xover for 3 or 4 light squeezing sets of 15ish to engorge the muscle and get body moving.

-smith incline bench
Feeler sets of 1 to 5 reps up to working weight
Failure 5-8 + failure 9-15
-dips
1 or 2 feeler sets 1-5 reps
Failure 5-8 + failure 9-15
-flat db flye with band around back
4 x 12-20 focusing on stretch. 60 to 90 sec test
-cable xover or flye machine again
4 x 8-15 squeezing and stretching

Workout done.... 12 sets total
