Chauvin is guilty of criminal negligence yes......but the prosecution’s burden is going to be tough to prove since he wasn’t charged with that. A good defence counsel will flog this like a dead horse along with the tox info and Floyd’s violent history. All compelling arguments to be had when trying to prove that Chauvin meant to kill him.

They have to prove intent on murder 2. Not pre-meditated intent, but intent. It won’t be easy.

I thought they may have overstepped on the murder 2 and this pretty much confirms my thoughts.

The question will not be if Chauvin is guilty remember..... it will be if he’s guilty of murder 2.

The other cops all walk. Especially considering Chauvin was the far senior officer and some of them had little to basically no policing experience.

Also.... good luck trying to get favourable jury for a conviction on the murder 2 with all the media frenzy and almost everyone in the world being a resident expert even though they hadn’t seen all the evidence. Jury selection alone is going to be next to impossible.

But then again fellas..: maybe that was the plan all along?

This is from a while ago in all places.... the Toronto star.

It’s a snippet from an article in Jordan Peterson. It’s not a overly complex concept he speaks to here, but certainly identifies much of what the problem with this world seems to be..... like him or not.... the guy is brilliant and is a perfect example of how someone gets unfairly painted by leftist groups because they are terrified of those than can actually use their head from more than a hat rack. Apparently he’s not well right now. Sad.

He has done some great lectures on identity politics and marxism that people should pay attention to now more than even.
