Hey all! Been a member since the Northern Muscle days!
After a bit of deliberation, I’ve decided to start a log of my journey through my first ever contest prep!
Current stats:
Height: 6’1.5
Weight: 243lbs
Been lifting somewhat seriously since 2012 (although I had no idea what I was doing with my diet). 2017 is when I hired a coach and did my first real cut/recomp! I was 2 years into a brand new job out of college and I had let my diet slip while trying to get into the groove of the new job! 210lbs to 207lbs
Fast forward to now! I’ve slowly been growing and have 5 cycles under my belt. Test at 400mg per week, test at 500mg per week with 20mg dbol last 4-5 weeks. 500mg test and 350mg deca per week, and 500mg test with 300mg tren per week.
Coming off a decent “offseason” with an old coach. Finished around 252lbs. Off-season blast consisted of 600 test, 300 deca, and 450 primo.
I have been on TRT dose for the last 8 weeks (150mg per week) self prescribed since my doc is an idiot even though when I was natty my levels tested at the very bottom of the range.
Contest stack (All Genetec products) is going to be along the lines of Test, tren, mast and Anavar. Unsure of amounts or exact specifics right now. Will be starting in about 3 weeks.
3 weeks not into this prep now.
Starting Weight: 252lbs
Starting macros: 275p, 350c, 50f.
Cardio: 4 x 200cal MISS. (I do 8degree incline for 25 mins at 3.2speed)
Current Weight: 243.2lbs
Current Macros: 275p, 275c, 45f.
Cardio: 4 x 200cal MISS. 1 x 10 min HIIT
Left is start week 1 and right is after week 3
Yes, I know posing is shit, but I’ll be working on that weekly!
I plan on updating this log once or twice a week.
I know I’m probably missing something so any questions just ask and I’ll try and answer!
