Anyone else dealing with this or similar? Mine's flaring up badly to the point where I need to demand surgery. My anterior delt is about 90% atrophied, and my right bicep is about 10% atrophied. This is the main reason I went on TRT, to try and keep as much size and strength in the affected muscles plus build extra size/strength in the supporting muscles. That part has actually been successful. The pain/tingling/numbness is why I want surgery now though.

The largest and most pressing problem for the state the RT side of body is being left with a case of bone necrosis. The 2nd artery graft to my right arm has failed also. The bones in my RT hand, wrist and forearm never healed and remain fractured. Additionally, the loss of blood flow has led to a state of necrosis which to clarify the bones are becoming dehydrated.

I also started AA's for a the same basic reasons.

I have left a comment in the Peptides/HGH thread. The ones I have chosen have properties that theoretically increase bone density. GH is the next reasonable step.

I had a scope done on my left shoulder as it hurt like hell for about a year and a half... in the end I scheduled an appointment with an Orthopaedic surgeon. There was a very good specialist in our location so when she did the scope fornt and back she removed a number of bone spurs she said she thought was giving me the issue. She was right Shoulder felt better right away. She also gave me a cortisone shot which probably helped as well. There was little soreness from the surgery as the hole that was made front and back was so small you could barely see it. I would definely make an appointment and get it done... may save you a lot of pain and get you back to training.
