Is your RHR 101? If so I would be very concerned with my health. Your BP looks good but if you weren't running from a tiger or having sex 101 is a disconcerting number.
I’m gonna run it again shortly; I noticed that too

I’ve run it a couple times today; and I feel like my machine is giving me some issues. Do these things need any calibration ? I got my old one in the closet somewhere I’m going to dig it out today. I don’t feel off; but you’re right if that pulse was right that’s pretty wild

Shoppers Drug Mart took the covid crap off their machine. I use it to compare to my machine to see if I get close to the same numbers. If your arm is too big to fit, use your forearm

@OTFJOEY - just what @Sorbate said, many of the pharmacies have their systems open to the public. There is no calibration with most machines. Most you just put on and press a button. If you were like Sorbs and were drinking coffee and taking clen you would know why the HR was at 100 but I would never take any compound that had my RHR around 100 on an ongoing basis. Nothing in life is free, it might be this month but push your luck too many times and your body will stop you from abusing it. I am obviously more conservative than you and I know some guys step on the gas and it's their decision but I would never push my luck taking tren and superdrol at the same time. Common sense says me you would be taking test too. I would love to see you blood work while on a blast of test, tren, and superdrol. It may come back down to normal after but you only have so many mulligans.

I need to work on my heartrate. Blood pressure isn't bad but I'm not happy I run around 75 normally. Mind you I do zero cardio, or anything that would elevate my heart rate except sex. Once I get the garage done I'll hang my heavy bag. Maybe start skipping again?

I’m taking primo with my tren, no orals right now except a bit of cialis and some MK in morning for appetite ( which i know can raise BP itself)

Just fast pace walks are a great place to start. Won't hinder recovery for lifting, easy on the joints, and will benefit you in multiple ways.

@Goldenrod i backed the Superdrol off weeks ago, no BP problems the entire time, I ran half a bottle of tren ace this last week to help kickstart the parabolan a bit; all it took was half a bottle and 3 days ago you pointed out my RHR; and then the next day BP was high, day after a bit higher; so I took the tren ace right out; and will continue testing BP to see if it was the ace or just the rest of the cycle in general doing it. I’m practicing being more conservative lately for sure and you got me more focused on my BP readings in general so thanks for that brother
