Well was kinda due so off I went like many times before pricked my finger to test hemoglobin which I'm always interested as I keep track of the number when I visit...Wow this one was the highest yet 196g/L.Off to the chair I go the rest was a breeze. Culprit possible the primo other wise it never gets that elevated.

Holy shit, I never get past 170. I was getting high hemocrit sides at at 170.
I bought a machine and check been running 500 mg of primo for a couple months and came in at 158.
Maybe you are not running primo, send me a pm on who you are using, I'm curious.

What kind of side you have with hight red cell. Im running 500 Test E dont have side but last shut i hit a vain bit did not inject to it. But the blood that come out wase realy thick and dark red

You will feel breathless and sluggish.
Its easy to fix, go donate blood. Just lie about the steroids thing, and no cialis or anti estrogens a week before.

Donating is good for the people you donate for anyways, so even if you don’t need to, you are helping out. When you go sI them what your hemoglobin number is, they test it. then you will know.

Brain fog was severe for me when my hemoglobin got up to 200 and hematocrit at 60%. Other sides present as @Sorbate stated

I’m trying it, but 2 weeks in I noticed no difference in hemocrit levels. But I did add on winny, so I’ll need to wait till I stop that to see for sure.

Aspirin didn’t work for me either

I have natural high levels, but that was at about 750mg of test and 600mg of EQ.

Even when I cruise at 200mg levels creep up nearly as high in 6 months without a blood donation
