Best Pre-work out drink? Best bang-for-buck...

Well I have switched to a new product. I believe this is the best one so far. Definitely doesnt fit the bang for buck. But the best quality for sure. I also dont rate preworkouts on how " high" I get. This one gives me the best punp and lift the most weight for longer. Nutrabio pre workout and they also make a stim free one I have been using a few hours before bed and its great. Nutrabio makes a great product and will be switching most of my powders to them.
 
I have 6 or 7 that I run thru based on my needs and palette.

-5% kill it
Good all around product. Seems stronger stim than on label.

-crossfuel intensity
One of the best ive ever tried. Great endurance. 400mg ATP (rare ingredient), 6g citrulline Malays...the usual others.

-5% mentality
KILLER nootropic blend. No jitters. But Will need additional pump products to be taken separately

-nutrex outlift
Killer product all around. Has everything. 6g citrulline malate, 3g CM, 3.2g carnosyn,200mg caffeine, 2g taurine, 6g BCAA.

-pump addict
Another Great product. Label is dosed for 1/2 scoop so doubling up is often a game time decision.200mg caffeine,100mg dmae, 250mg bitter orange, 3g citrulline Malays,1.5g glycerol (with more products added glycerol or hydromax)

-revolution hero
Amazing tasting. Creamsicle flavour called "blowfish hug". This is my current go-to. 4g L-citrulline, 3g hydromax, 300mg lions mane, 250mg alpha gpc,250mg dmae,200mg caffeine, 150mg I-theanine, 100mg teacrine. No fluff...no bullshit. All great stuff.


As For other preworkout ingredients that I recommend.....

1 or 2 meals atleast before training PLUS pre-meal. Your pre meal should have a form of carbs that assimilates easily for you...at an amount that matches your goals and the workout ahead. (Obviously if trying to bulk and you have a leg day u'll take in much more than an arm day while cutting). Id also add some nut butter with it to slow absorption. 15g for normal people.....more if u have faster metabolism.

Sodium and potassium at 2g each preworkout. (Plus in my intra I add 3-5g of each).

Cialis at 5-10mg daily. It just works.

Beet root powder. Tastes horrible. I mix 8g with water about an hour pre. Tastes like dirt 100%.

Dont under estimate preworkout orals AND test suspension/base. Not to mention preworkout IM hgh 30 min pre. And a shot of humalog at ur desired amount based on ur carb intake NOT vice versa taken about 10 min after the hgh.
 
Right on thanks. I just ordered a tub off Amazon to try something different. I usually switch back and forth between super pump and n.o. Explode. I train first thing in the morning before work at 5:30am so pre workout does help a lot for me.
I havent heard anyone talk about n.O explode in years. I would have two and a half hour workouts on that stuff. My chest would get all red my whole body would start to itch palms sweating.

I still grab a tub from edge once in a while when I forget to order something online. I like to switch up my preworkout every other month or so anyway…When I do go there I make sure to grab a bottle of fire leans lol
 
I really like Canadian Protein's "C-PRE".

200mg caffeine
3000mg beta alanine
5000mg creatine
5000mg l-arganine
6000mg citruline malate
70mg black pepper

I had been using it for a while and didn't really think much of it. A few workouts ago I doubled the dose and WOW. My work output has noticably increased. Many PRs in the last few sessions. I would have thought it was just placebo effect except that I actually forgot I had doubled my dose until much later while I boring the shit out of my girlfriend with details of my exceptional workout that day.

I like it because it gives me awesome workouts (at double the dose) but doesn't really have any of the typical stim feeling, which I don't like and find it fucks with my sleep. Granted, at double the dose, 400mg of caffeine isn't nothing but I'm not that sensitive to it.

I've actually ordered the ingredients separately to make my own, minus the caffeine.
 
Fucking garbage, won't use any of it.
Some and coffe a good meal before with slin. Don't forget to be hydrated and don't be afraid of sodium.

Cheque drops are the only thing that are like pre workout I will use and that's if Im going for a PR or something..
Crank some loud music and use smelling salts before big lifts.
Amp yourself up, don't rely on that shit that makes your hair tingle. Fucking gross
 
one thing i will say about coffee if you arent a drinker and u start as a pre workout be careful.I had a buddy that recommended it i got up to 3 triple triples a day turned unhealthy very quick. I dont think i could go a day without a double double. got down to a one milk on sugar at one point. never kicked it tho

Personally I take preworkouts more for the pump and endurance than anything. Secondarily a good nootropic.blend helps focus and mental acuity a lot. Plus mind muscle connection if you train that way. The stimulant portion of pre workouts is greatly over used in my opinion.
Of course i always add preworkout orals and or Test suspension also to cover all my bases

Lol, so I took the DMMA that Dracorex so generously gave to me to try out to work. 1/2 my staff is addicted to ephedrine, the other half to energy drinks.
Anyhow they all loved it. it was entertaining watching them run around all focused and talking fast, lol. Kinda reminded me of the good old days of 25 mg ephedrine and youd take 3 lol.
I only use coffee preworkout.
 
I still like total war. been using it 2 years now.
I would like one with no artificial sweeteners or sugar any recommendations
