If not what benefits make you use HGH?

Will natural production restart after using hgh for a few months? What's the minimal run time to get benefits? 120iu at 2 a day is 2 months, is that worth it for a test run? Not cheap but if it could help repair my ligament and tendon injuries....

I'm currently trying a low dose gh method to help recover a nagging knee injury. It's only been about a month now so I don't want to chime in just yet. Its a long term hopeful fix for this as it's been well over a year since a partial patellar tendon tear.

I've got with 2iu/day. Going to run this for at least a year. If not longer.

After an injury I had some pretty major surgeries to ligament, tendons, and other soft tissue. I can't say for sure that HGH helped, as I don't have a basis of comparison, but my specialists were all amazed at my rate of recovery. This was a long time ago, but I think it was 2iu day (pharma) for about 6 months.

This was also an acute injury, not a long-term chronic nagging injury. I don't know how well GH helps with chronic inflammation type issues of ligaments/tendons (i.e. tendonitis) vs recovering from surgery (i.e. creating new tissue). It would definitely not be my first choice to help with long-term ligament/tendon injuries.

Bpc 157 tb500..........I had distal tendon surgery 6 months ago supposed to be 18 months to be 100 percent I’m 100 now and I’m almost 38 years old............shits absolutely fuckin amazing

I have a lot of chronic injuries / tendonitis from rugby, running, and lifting.

The combo of BPC157/TB500/GH has helped a lot. I have had good results from 250-500mcg BPC daily, 2mg TB 3-5d/w, and 2-4iu GH 3-7x/w.

I also notice a positive difference when I am regularly taking fish oil (I like NutraSea capsules and put them in the freezer so they make it part way through before they start to break down, reduces the fishy burps but NutraSea is not that bad compared to others normally).

I notice a strong negative effect the more coffee and alcohol I am consuming...also of course if I am being aggressive with my AI. Between the low estrogen and dehydration the joints / ligaments really feel it at my age (over 40).

NPP gives great short term relief but of course you have to deal with all the side effects of Nandrolone which I don't tolerate well.

No aas or hgh will work even close to as well as tho two peptides IMO but that’s actually what they’re used for specifically bro

I will agree bpc/ tb500 combo helped me alot but I also used alot. But dont be stupid and start going hard on tb500. Bpc does the healing and tb500 takes away the pain imo.

I ran bpc after my pec tendon rupture. Doc said I looked 12 weeks post op at my 4 week check in... I’m a firm believer.

I’ve definitely seen decent literature on injury healing, but most refer to acute not chronic. That being said, there are tons of people that will attest to gh helping heal chronic injuries.

After getting a finger shredded in a wood router, I was told I'd never have a nail again after the stitches and re-attachment. I begged them to re-attach my nail bed (I'm a chef, it's my knife slidey fingernail) and I was warned it would likely go septic, or at best, never grow (the entire nailbed was mangled, and had to be debrided). We're talking ground beef.

That was my only experience with HGH. I have no control case. Nothing more than faith, but that nail? It's 3x as thick as the rest of the nails on my body. It came back, and my (very well respected plastic surgeon) was astonished. Like a tree, you can count how old it is based on rings on it's crossection (that's obviously a joke)

I will say that it really pushed a lot of water into my ankle and wrist joints though. I lost sensation in my wrists within a week, at a very, very low starting dosage.

Did the water problem resolve in time?

Not on it's own, really. I did my best to control it with caffeine, diet/no intense exercise, high potassium intake and tons of water and pumping corticosteroids to lower Vasopressin. No idea if any of it really worked - I had perhipheral edema from it, through and through. That month was a blur for me, between 4 surgeries. I do remember losing most feeling in my hands and toes, though. Obviously I scaled my dosage back 1ui... It wasn't terrible after that.

If you can afford HGH/BPC-157 and remain consistent with it. Definitely has amazing qualities from products but its no smoking gun. Always remember AA's, pain medication etc is just one piece of the bigger picture. Sleep, nutrition, stretching and rest days are just as mutually beneficial as drugs. Go buy deep tissue massage and a TEN's unit would be my recommendation more bang for your buck. Or buy a lacrosse ball and do myofascial release.

Little background numerous herniated discs in the L4-L5 area. Wheel chair bound for extended amount of time and epidural shots along the way. Currently prepping for IFBB Pro card. So in short educate yourself and try it out for yourself! Trial and error

Are you still in a wheel chair?

Ya it’s been like 7 or 8 months since I had surgery to a full rupture of my distal tendon and I feel 100 percent recovered like nothing happened the bpc and tb500 played a fuckin part in that

Ya I had similar experience bro 8 months I’m 100 percent I can’t even feel scar tissue anymore been like that for about two months already so it worked awesome for me as well

I used igf1-lr3 in multiple micro dose injections daily near my bicep tear and that worked dramatically for healing.
Would have been interesting to try tb500 but it was pretty new at the time and I always had great success with gh
