Good luck and keep moving forward

Bloodwork is the answer, everything else is just guessing.

Getting dialed in is a tedious process. Stay consistent for 6-8 weeks. Get bloods, make adjustments, wait 6-8 weeks, get more bloods and then more adjustments. It takes patience but you will gain s ton of knowledge along the way.

You seem to be seeking a panacea with testosterone replacement therapy. Your bloodwork showed the level of test in your system that should not have had such a detrimental effect on your mood that you cite. If your levels were in the normal range, to begin with, why did you start on a venture of self TRT? What is the differential diagnosis that pointed you in the direction of TRT and not a maintenance dose of an anti-depressant?
You seem to have days when you crash that you attribute to stress. I can accept that stress is a mighty blow on our psyches, but to be housebound may point to something more profound than a "normal" drop in mood.
Man, if I had time, I could grab ten or so keywords that point me to observing depression/dysthymia and maybe GAD from your negative posts. Confidence, motivation, mood? How do those three differ in your mind from simply doing something?
"Just a lot of anxiety, no energy, sluggish, no motivation, brain fog, irritability." Anxiety and irritability for even one day a week would concern me? How many hours per week are you nailed with these symptoms? How many hours per month averaged out, now that you have been on TRT?
Interacting with another dog owner while out with your pup is great. Thinking it is a milestone, that points me to think we have something more significant to deal with than hormones.

Unless I missed it, have you done bloodwork as an endo would have you pull bloods after 4 weeks 72hrs post injection.

I feel you’re at a point where you need to begin to rule things out based on your mood swings. You need to rule out if your dosage/gear is getting you within the upper/normal range as you’ll then be able to point to other potential issues. You can run bloods privately if you prefer or go ask you GP for a referral.

I think this point is definitely worth considering, I agree with what Bagua is saying here and your mood seems to be so up and down with the little test you are taking. The brain is very powerful and it can make u believe anything, now with that being said stabilizing hormones will stabilizing mood, but your all over the place. i think you should consider doing some practice/research on controlling your mood/thoughts, by breathing techniques, prayer, mediation, therapy etc.. I have done a lot of research on this to help myself as i tend to panic/stress out when life gets chaotic and over react to a lot of things, where if i would just relax and wait things out for a week or 2 they always get better. I really believe i have this issue with trust and faith in the universe and God and that things will get better so I go into freak out mood and start taking control of everything, sometimes it works in my favor and sometimes i put myself through stressful times that were really not necessary. Anyways, your mood seems to like you are having big changes in neurotransmitters than you are hormones, but stress in life or your own thoughts. That's just my guess and assumption. I don't think you need any drugs to fix this i think you need alone time in a dark room to practice controlling your thoughts and stress via any method that you prefer. I have spent endless hours listening to many ppl talk about how to have more control over your thoughts and how to deal with life and its helped me in so many ways.

Has anyone here done their trt shots SubQ?
I currently still do IM in glutes and deltoids.
Any pros and cons? I've never done it.

@Sorbate is our SubQ guy. You can Google Dr. John Crisler for some info as well as a straight search on TRT Sub Q. It's pretty common.

He injects his belly fat. If you are using pharma test that is fine, but the higher ba level will give you welts in your belly skin.

Inject in normal areas, like glutes, thighs, delts. Just use a 30 gauge 5/16” pin.

I know I put up a sub q thing on here with pictures. Maybe later when I have time I’ll find it. Doing a backsplash in my kitchen right now, lol.

Ah, so are you saying injection with that gauge is like a shallow IM?
Hope that backsplash is going well.
I'll check that subQ out when you get a chance to post it here.
Thanks bud.
May be if you are really lean, but in glutes/ventroglutes glutes it’s sob q
