Cardio, bike Vs treadmill

How many burns more calories at the same pace

I know speed/resistance/incline, etc will make a difference

But hypothetically if both were done at the same pace, which one burns carried more efficiently?

Assuming similar paces, I suspect it would be like this

Stationary bike - less calories. Easier on joints

Treadmill - more calories, harder on joints. More full body workout

Too try and put an arbitrary numerical measurement, I'd say 2/3 bike to 3/3 treadmill for calories based on your criteria.

I like to put the treadmill at maximum incline and a speed that’s a fast walk, not so much cardio as it is just for cutting. The weight came off me fast when I started doing that.

Agreed
I like high resistance/high incline and slower speeds for cardio, always worked like a charm and it’s easier to do
