First Cycle Lets Go!!

I'm also going to suggest 200-250. Less is more in my opinion and if you can't grow on 200 you're probably not doing it right. my first was 500 I had terrible acne from it but back in the day everyone said 500 was minimal...
 
I’m going to be honest. Your body is so responsive the first cycle, you could drink the pee from a guy who is cycling and grow, lol. Ok I’m overdoing it but you know what I mean.

Anyhow always run 2 compounds. Test and something. Maybe next cycle 300 mg of test and 30 mg of dbol a day (6-8weeks of dbol, no drinking at all.)
You will blow up if you eat.
Then run test and primo and get cut to see the new muscle.

Then test and deca

Oh and eventually tren, but start low, don’t do what I did first time, lol.

And so on.

So many cycles so little time.
Yea I kinda wanna try the Arnold stack but I dunno (primo + dbol)
 
Woah... slow down brother, save that. I did 350-400 test my first cycle and it was my best one. No need for anything else yet.
Lmao oh I know but you get the hype of your first cycle… your already planning then next lmao. I’m too worried about my health to go crazy on different stacks and stuff yet
 
Two compounds at lower doses if ”safer” than on compound at higher dose IMO. Plus you get synergy then.
I think my cycles will always be like test + another injectable + an oral that will be synergistic with the other injectable. So examples would be like Test + Primo + Var, Test + NPP + Dbol, Test + Tren + Anadrol etc etc etc. Only way I’d ever run more than that would be if I wanted to contest prep one day, which would then still only be like Test + Tren + Mast + Winny, not 6 injectables and 2 orals.

Being said: I’m many many MANY cycles away from touching tren lmao and many cycles away from finding out if I like my idea of this approach.

One of each class at moderate dose has always been my advice when I've built cycles for intermediate and better experienced guys. that's what I would do if I had any tolerance for the 19's but I sadly I don't. Even now my TRT when I have the money is Test: Test E, DHT: Primo E and it would include Nandrolone: 50mg Deca if my nipples didn't love it even more than my joints do.

It seems my nips can handle about 150mg of deca a week or 175mg of tren.

I’ll bet a bit of swelling, but it goes away once I stop the 19’s.

Its funny because I could run a gram of test and nothing. No nipple issues.
 
My first was 200mg E3D HG test. Blew up like a balloon because my diet was shit. Got REAL strong though really fast.

Like other say just test for a first cycle. You will begin the process of learning what you body is saying to you. You have virgin receptors and the first cycle will be your best. I strongly suggest a major PCT program including HCG, Clomid and nolvadex. I wish I did proper PCT in the first cycles but did not. I paid a price for that.

19's shut me down really hard but they are extremely effective for me. 600 test and 800 deca is a growth frenzy for me with almost no water when my diet is spot on but that is 8-10 cycles in now.
 
BTW, watch your tendons; ensure you deload and listen to your body. You build muscles quickly and your strength just skyrockets but your tendons, joints and cartilages don't. You will wake up at night with wrist and elbow pains even if you are not bloated.

Learn to step back and ease up on the weights, last thing you want is to cut your cycle short and be sidelined due to injury.

Something I have been careful of on my first cycle but it’s still fucking with me! I’d say start collagen, fish oils, and glucosamine a few weeks before your cycle to at least give your tendons some prep time, instead of doing damage control mid way like I am.

I haven’t even tried a 1rm in so long, but when your before cycle 1rm becomes your top set for 10+ reps, your tendons still hate you for it!

Train higher rep sets. I'd do 15-20 reps per set and start ramping up your volume as the test hits around week 3. By week 5-6 you wanna be doing more volume than you could recover from natty. You'll wake up feeling recovered the next morning btw.

Your tendons and ligaments don't heal as well on test so you wanna be careful with your joints. Youll likely get so strong so fast they won't keep up. That's why I'd recommend the higher reps. Dont fuck around with warm-ups and technique either.
