Some here may remember me, some may not. I started in the forums back in the chemicalmass days, from there migrated to canadianmass, then NM, then took a break for a while but been all around in general as my wife would say
lol. Decided to poke back out again
I've been lifting for 17 years or so now. Did the bodybuilding thing for many years, but now am focused more on just healthy lifestyle and longevitity. Utilizing hormone therapies to optimize health and quality of life is a big passion of mine.
